From a Chinese supplier to your address — pickup, freight, border, delivery. DDP where the destination allows it, honest alternatives where it doesn’t.

Origin pickup & delivery
Cargo collected from your supplier and delivered to the port or airport — arranged per shipment, with the route and cost shown in the quote rather than assumed.
Export customs declaration
Filed from your commercial documents, checked against the booking, and confirmed with you before submission when a classification needs your sign-off.
Shipping documents
Bill of lading or air waybill drafted to match your letter of credit or import requirements — drafts reviewed by you before issuance.
Border & delivery at destination
Import clearance, duty and tax settle according to your trade terms — by your side, or by us under DDP where the destination allows — with final delivery arranged to the address where access permits.
Cargo insurance
Can be arranged on request for the insured value you nominate. Tell us at quotation stage — adding it after loading is a different conversation.
How we scope before we quote
Two questions decide most shipments: what the cargo is, and whose responsibility each leg is. The incoterm on your purchase order usually answers the second — and when it does not, we ask.
If your supplier ships FOB, the origin side — pickup, export customs, terminal — belongs to the buyer’s forwarder. That is usually where we come in. If the order is EXW, the scope is larger and the quote covers more; if it is DAP or DDP, destination arrangements join the conversation. We quote the scope that matches your trade terms, itemised so you can check each line against what your side expected.
What we will not do is guess. Where a shipment touches a country, document or cargo type with special requirements, we say so at quotation — with what it implies — instead of discovering it after your cargo is loaded.
