Machines, production equipment, vehicles and odd-sized cargo are normal freight — they just need the right plan. Crating, loading equipment, lashing inside the container, and what waits at the destination are all decided before the quote, not after a problem.
Crated to survive the trip
Large items travel in wooden export crates or on skids; heat-treated wood (ISPM-15) is the export standard. If your supplier packs poorly, we say so before the cargo moves.
Loaded and secured properly
Forklifts and cranes at loading, lashing and bracing inside the container — so your machine does not spend the ocean voyage loose.
Checked at both ends
A forklift at the factory gate is not enough: delivery trucks need access, and a home address has limits a port does not. We ask before we quote.

Do you publish rates on your website?
No. Ocean and air rates move with the market; a rate table on a website would be stale the day it was written, and a number that is wrong is worse than none.
Send us your shipment details and you will get an itemised quote with a validity window — that is the honest version of a rate.
Can you deliver to my address, not just the port?
Often, yes — door delivery is a normal part of a forwarding scope, arranged per destination. Whether it works for your shipment depends on the country’s import rules, the cargo, and what the delivery address can handle.

I don’t know the logistics terms. Is that a problem?
No — it is our job. Describe what you bought, where it is, and where it should go; the quote checklist walks you through the rest in plain language.

Who pays import duty and taxes?
It depends on the trade terms agreed for your purchase. Under DDP the shipper side covers them; under most other terms the importer of record — usually you — pays them to your customs authority.
Either way, we tell you which situation applies to your shipment before you book, so the arrival bill is never a surprise.
